Up to 30% less energy required

We filter solids, particles and bacteria from liquids

By using the microfilter (up to 0.2 µm / micron), the finest solids, particles and bacteria are filtered out of liquids such as oils, water, cooling lubricants as well as food and beverages such as juices. The system requires neither electricity nor any chemicals.

The area of application of a microfilter is therefore broad and ranges from machining production, heating, heat exchange systems, water treatment and the chemical industry to use in the food and beverage sector. Filtration ensures an increased lifespan of the filtered medium, thereby optimizing the processes in which it is used.

Through highly efficient and cost-effective filtration of water in heating and cooling circuits, we reduce maintenance and repair costs and increase energy efficiency. The system efficiency is greatly increased and permanently secured. The filter system is uncompromisingly designed for longevity and impresses with minimal operating costs and works without electricity, chemicals and human control. All essential parts are made of stainless steel and manufactured according to the guidelines for pressure vessels in chemical plants.
